Toilet & Shower

Fully equipped for 2 guests, snuggle into the Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the pizza oven or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers!

The kitchen area houses the sink, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a small ‘plug in’ hob but most guests tend to BBQ or eat out - especially as there is a wonderful pub just down the lane.

Outside there is a paved patio with table and chairs together with a lawned area leading to the walled pond and private jetty.

Take your escapism to the next level- sit under the stars and toast yourselves by the roaring fire pit and cook your favourite dish on the grill above.

Gardens & Tipi

Other things to note

Pond & Firepit

To the rear of the caravan is our walled vegetable garden and guests are welcome to forage for whatever is in season.

A new addition is the ‘grand’ wooden Tipi - a wonderful world of make-believe or a haven of peace to enjoy that favourite book.

Dare to be different....stay away from the world and experience true peace and quiet!

Guest Access

Other things to note

Other things to note

The Idyllic location is easily accessible from Oxenholme Railway Station and Junction 36 on the M6.

Private parking is available and guests are advised to store empty suitcases etc in their car or in the Tipi. There is also a ‘boot box’ under the caravan for muddy wellies etc.

Don’t let chilly days put you off - our heating system and hot water bottles will keep you cosy whatever the weather

Other things to note

Other things to note

Other things to note

The caravan is a true little gem and is at the bottom of a very large garden so your privacy is assured. We welcome many returning visitors, however, it is important that guests recognise that storage space is at a premium with just a small wardrobe so please do travel light!

By the same token, we would stress that it

is suited to those of average height and build, the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high and mighty will

need to duck
